Yes, we carry error and omissions insurance, a third party fidelity employee dishonesty bond and general liability insurance.
2. How do you charge for your services?
We charge hourly for most of our services although for certain clients, after 3 months of service we can adjust to a flat monthly fee. Please contact our office for more information.
3. How will I know if this service is right for me?
We will provide a free 1 hour initial consultation to determine if our services are the right solution for you.

2. I use online bill pay, how does this differ from using a daily money manager?
Online bill pay can’t provide the personal detail and information that is required to effectively manage your affairs. Online bill pay also can’t pick up the phone and call a vendor or creditor to inquire about a charge or negotiate on a payment or debt. Daily money managers provide thorough attention to detail while taking care of the budgeting, tracking of income and expenses and phone calls that need to be made in order to take care of all your day to day affairs.
3. What if I don’t need your services now, but may need them in the future?
Planning early will give you peace of mind knowing that your affairs will be handled in the event something unexpected was to happen, such as a hospitalization or medical emergency. We will assess your needs and set up a plan for the future.

1. How do you provide outsourced bookkeeping services? Do you come to my location?
Depending on where you are located, we can come to your office. We can also manage your bookkeeping remotely by logging onto your computer or transferring your QuickBooks file back and forth from our office.
