Who are we?

Benefit Payee Services, Inc (BPS) is a national daily money management & fiduciary company dedicated to helping individuals and small businesses with their day to day financial affairs. 

• We have served clients in Colorado, Indiana, Arizona, Kentucky, Nebraska, New Mexico, New Jersey, Nebraska and New York. 
• Depending on the client's needs, we can provide services throughout the country.
• We currently have offices in Denver, Colorado and New Albany, Indiana

Our Purpose

Many seniors and persons with disabilities simply can not handle managing their finances on their own.  The affects of aging or the onset of a disease can quickly prohibit a person from being able to take care of their own affairs.  For others it may come down to the lack of time or lacking the basic knowledge of money management. Some individuals find it difficult to stay within a budget while others may suffer from addictions that impair their ability to affectively manage their affairs. 

Certain jobs demand long hours and or may require frequent travel.  For these individuals being away from home can make it difficult to stay on top of daily household and financial responsibilities.   Small business owners often find it difficult and overwhelming to properly manage their business's bookkeeping and would much rather focus on running and growing their business instead. Whatever the reasons, many people will benefit from having an outside neutral third party assist them with managing their day to day affairs.
