Estate Administration

Our estate administration services can provide personal support to individuals, companies or attorneys who are appointed as the executor or personal representative of a Will.  We can either assist you with your duties and responsibilities or we can take over and assume the responsibility, which ever you prefer.

Benefit Payee Services, Inc. can also be nominated in a Will to act as the personal representative or executor. We will carry out the responsibilities at the time of a death, such as protecting and collecting assets, arranging for payment of debts to the estate, reviewing creditor’s claims, filing estate tax forms, and final distributions to heirs.

For future estate planning, BPS can also be nominated as a primary, back up or successor personal representative.

This service is often beneficial for those who:

  • have no living relatives
  • have family members that live out of state
  • have multiple children who often disagree
  • have a disabled child
  • have children who may lack the time or skill set needed
